ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your new outfit, but if you are not 100% satisfied, here is all you need to know to return your items and find something you'll love. 

1. Returns are refunded via store credit. Classtopoly does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. 

2. Clearance or sale items are considered final sale. Non-returnable! 

3. Underwear, Intimates and Swimwear are considered final sale. Not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

POLICY

· Please send us a detailed email with the issue, we will contact you in within 48 hours by email, and all items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. 

· Clothes must be unworn, unwashed, with original tag, and returned in the original packaging. 

· All returns are refunded via store credit. No money back policy. 

· We will process your return in within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. 

· You are given 5 days to report any incorrect orders, damages, or defects. 

RETURN TO SENDER

· If we receive your package back because the address was invalid, or the order was refused by the customer, the package will be restocked, and you will receive a store credit minus the shipping cost. 

RESERVED RIGHTS

Classtopoly reserves the right to limit and reject returns at any time due to: 

  

· Excessive and irregular history of returns 

· Worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items return history 

· Fraudulent or criminal activity

  • Customer has 12 hours to verify and claim any issue with the shipment (including but, not limited to wrong address. If claim has not made during the 12 hours window and package was marked received, Classtopoly is not responsable and wont consider any refund or store credit will be issue. 
  • Shipment Notifications are done by email, automatically through our system. 
  • I didn't receive the email is not acceptable to be considered. If you made a claim regarding this matter your case will be considered. 

 

Lost Packages

Missing or Lost Packages 

 

  • Classtopoly will use 30 labor days to find the package after reported
  • After 30 labor days Classtopoly will notify the customer about resolution
